No. Your submission is an order request. Zoi confirms the design, size, availability, final price, shipping or pickup, and payment method first.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes. Reuse depends on the adhesive, wear, and removal method. Gentle removal and proper storage give the best results.

Can I request a completely custom design?

Yes. Use the Custom Orders form and upload an inspiration image if you have one.

Do you offer Alaska pickup?

Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Choose that option when submitting your request.

What if I am unsure about sizing?

Use the Sizing Guide and include your measurements. Zoi can review them before confirming the order.
